HR Intern for Stanley Black & Decker


Are you passionate about Human Resources?

As a Human Resources Intern:
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following HR projects in the Emerging Markets Group region that encompasses countries like MEA, South Africa Russia, Turkey, India, China, Taiwan & Singapore:


1. Performance Incentives
1.1 Research on the current performance incentives plans in the market
1.2 Propose enhancements to the existing plans
1.3 Participate in the design, marketing and communication of the new performance incentives plans

2. C&B
2.1 Research & understand the local statutory regulations
2.2 Review the current C&B practices and policies
2.3 Conduct market research on the C&B trends

3. HR SOPs
3.1 Understand the existing HR practices
3.2 Review and recommend enhancements
3.3 Map out the HR processes & workflows in the form of SOPs

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong presentation skills with excellent creativity thinking
2. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
3. Good communications skills, both written & verbal
4. Good interpersonal communication skills in a virtual environment
5. Strong analytical skills, program and project management skills.
6. Self-leadership with a self-starter mentality and a strong sense of personal accountability
7. Completed at least 2 years of undergraduate studies in HR
8. 1 vacancy available
