IT Trainee

Responsibilities:

Attend IT training courses such as CCNA and MCITP

Assist IT Trainer in conducting IT trainings courses

Assist IT Engineers in projects implemetation and support work

Configure network equipments such as routers, switches, and firewalls if necessary

Configure Windows Servers and Windows Desktops

Involve in IT presales with IT sales personnel

Propose IT solutions to potential customers

Assist IT sales personnel in generating sales quotations

Assist IT Directors in other tasks when required

Requirements:

Undegraduate in IT field of study

Able to follow instructions given properly

Knowledge on IT training courses will be an advantage

Good spoken and written English

May need to travel to meet potential customers within Singapore

Independant and trustworthy

Hardworking and eager to learn
