Responsibilities:
Promote company's full range of services.
Prospecting and follow up on potential clients.
Research on current IT training courses market trends and promotions.
Attend to sales queries from phone calls and emails.
Ensure potential clients who enrol for IT training courses are happy with our service.
Reports direct to Sales & Marketing Director.
Answering phone calls and replying to general inbox emails in a professional manner.
Documenting all potential lead calls and emails for sales/ marketing staff.
Get certified as a Test Centre Administrator (TCA).
Enrol students for online exam.
Basic PC troubleshooting skills.
Communicate with helpdesk for exam PC related problem.
Inventory check and place new order for training course materials.
Assist instructors/ trainers in preparing training rooms and materials for trainings when required.
Assist directors in other tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT, Business Management, or related disciplines.
At least 1 year working experience in sales and marketing related field.
Experience in IT sales and marketing preferred.
Knowledge on IT training courses will be an advantage.
Good spoken and written English to liaise with associate and clients.
May need to travel to meet potential corporate clients within Singapore.
Put customer first and customer always right mentality.
Portray a positive image of company at all times.
Independent and trustworthy.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
