Job Description
- Conduct in-depth industry research and individual company strategic and financial analysis
- Prepare research documents on potential acquisition targets and perform preliminary analysis
- Participate in the preparation of materials for clients
- Screen potential business opportunities and determine possible M&A rationale (buy/sell side)
- Other related duties as required/assigned

- Current student with a strong academic track record
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills with a strong command of English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, such as Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Strong team player
- Experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory preferred, but not necessary.
