• Assemble new hire orientation binders
• Assemble personnel and benefits files (and maintain these files, and keep them up to date)
• Enter data into spreadsheets or databases
• Makes copies of HR paperwork as needed
• Assist in walk in iinterviews
• Participate in HR team and all staff meetings
• Perform Special HR Projects and other duties as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
• Good Communication skills
• Singaporeans are welcome
