Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will work for Starwood AP Human Resource (HR) team based in the Singapore’s office to support the HR function in C&B processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data validation of submissions for property level salary survey
  • Creation of Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for General Managers (GMs)
  • Analysis of salary proposals for GMs
  • Creation of letter of agreements for GMs
  • Maintenance of GMs personal files
  •  Other adhoc tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS

You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry and/or Human Resources discipline with the following attributes:

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Accounting, Finance and Actuarial preferred
