KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will work for Starwood AP Human Resource (HR) team based in the Singapore’s office to support the HR function in C&B processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Data validation of submissions for property level salary survey
- Creation of Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for General Managers (GMs)
- Analysis of salary proposals for GMs
- Creation of letter of agreements for GMs
- Maintenance of GMs personal files
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry and/or Human Resources discipline with the following attributes:
- Able to commit for a full-time internship for at 6 months
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Accounting, Finance and Actuarial preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
