Job Description

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a high potential intern who is passionate and keen to establish long term career in the hospitality industry.

The incumbent will work for Starwood Asia Pacific Human Resources team based in the Singapore’s office. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for driving recruitment of executive personnel across the organization and also strengthening out talent pool. The team also works on exciting initiatives to further enhance the Employer Branding of Starwood. You will gain exposure in how Starwood strategizes talent pipelining/ succession planning to fill critical positions and the opportunity to join the team in a suite of recruitment activities.

You will ideally be a proactive undergraduate in Business Administration with a keen interest in Human Resources. You would possess strong written & verbal communication skills, strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
 Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
 Strong organization skills
 Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
 An eye for detail and possess quantitative and analytical skills will be a plus
 Positive work attitude
 Good Team Player
