The incumbent will work for Starwood AP Talent Acquisition team based in the Singapore’s office. The team is primarily responsible for driving recruitment of executive personnel for the key brands just to name a few such as St. Regis, Westin, Sheraton etc. Upon successful completion of this program, the incumbent might be offered short stint of overseas cross exposure program depending on the needs. Other main responsibilities including playing a supportive role in both administrative and specific key projects for the team.

Job Description
  • Contribute to the future vision of collaboration & Web 2.0  tools and capabilities so that it aligns with priorities of IT and users of SharePoint
  • Provide SharePoint implementation guidance and consulting to the lead of the project and site owners regarding site design, collaboration, project team communications, and content management strategies
  • Assisting with daily MOSS site administration
  • Work with Training and Development team regarding training on using collaboration and content management tools
  • Coordinate and facilitate the improvement of processes, sharing best practices, soliciting feature enhancement priorities, and communicating next steps in the use of tools for collaboration and content management
  • Develop a method for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on firm-wide usage of collaboration and content management capabilities, ensuring that site owners are adhering to corporate usage policies, best practices, and site standards
  • Work with the project lead to develop a test plans, strategy, success criteria, and scenarios for system testing and end-user testing
  • Researching and demonstrating products and common applications in cooperation with senior IT staff to find best-fit solutions for internal customers
  • Environmental scanning/research of industry best practices related to technology uses
  • Applying technical knowledge and project management skills for special assignments
  • Clearly articulating ideas both orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Performing business and systems analysis for new and existing applications
  • Participating in service and contract management activities
  • Aalyzing and formulating responses to issues and problems
  • Participating as a member of project teams, and assisting in project-related duties
