Time: 10:30 am-8:30 pm (5.5 days, rest days in weekdays). Start immediately!

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations team, including delivery team, customer service and partner merchant service; direct and cooperate the overall activities in the operations centre; planning, deployment and tracking of operations.
• Act as focal point for any incidents involving operation; to prepare reports, take follow-up action and inform the management team.
• Train and supervise operations team and ensure that they adhere to established procedures and SOP.
• Prepare and organize operation statistics; provide daily/weekly/monthly operation report.
• Cooperate and assist Operation Director to do summary, analysis and other relevant tasks.

Requirements:

• O Level Min.
• Singaporean, PR, LTVP, DP or Public school graduates.
• English & Mandarin with good communication skills.
• Operation experience (customer service, food & retail, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in the usage of Excel and Word will be beneficial
• Possess strong leadership qualities and good service mindset
