General Office Clerk (Full Time & Part Time)

Full-time:

• Working days:
  • 5 days a week. The rest days are in weekdays/Non-Public Holidays. Start immediately!
• Working hours:
  • Work 2 days from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm.
  • Work based on roster for the rest 3 working days, either first shift or second shift.
    • First shift from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
    • Second shift from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Part-time:

• Working days: Flexible; start immediately!
• Working hours: Flexible

Location: Chinatown

Salary: Negotiable

Job Descriptions:

• Communicate with customers, partner companies and delivery staff, handle enquiries and ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
• Basic admin assistant related work, including document filing and organizing, data entry and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

1. O-Level Min.

2. Singaporean, PR, LTVP, DP or Public school students.

3. English & Mandarin with good communication skills.

4. Proficiency in excel and word.

5. Proficiency in computer skills.
