Job Description

Responsibilities:

·         Assist in managing the Facebook community and customer interactions

·         Writing and conceptualizing content on Starbucks Singapore’s digital platforms – social media, website, app

What they’ll learn on the job:

·         Public relations and customer service skills from customer interactions on social media

·         Improving of creative writing abilities

·         Understanding digital marketing strategy
