Job Description

Job specification: 

  • Manage scheduling functions for various WSQ and non-WSQ courses
  • Track the trainer’s rate and trainer’s invoices on monthly basis
  • Prepare, check and complete reporting as prescribed by WDA
  • Track the planning target vs actual achievement for classes conducted
  • Assign trainers to the right classes based on their qualifications
  • Conduct career talk briefing and other workshops as and when necessary
  • Assign the right tea break schedule for the classes on weekly basis
  • Coordinate the planning works with other Planning Executives
  • Implement new ideas as per the direction given by the Management
  • Issue class codes for all confirmed classes
  • Send email reminders to all respective parties in relation with confirmed classes
  • Send reports to the right parties every month or as per request by the management 
Qualifications

Job skills / attitude wanted:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level
  • Possess good customer service skills
  • Good English proficiency in both written and verbal is expected. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent ability in tracking data as well as create working templates in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to adjust different roles in planning department as instructed by the Head of the Planning Department
  • Professional and punctual
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess can-do attitude, persistence and positive mindset about work
  • Trustworthy and goal-oriented
