We are searching for a unique individual to be a part of an agency that is – like you - anything but the norm. You are articulate both in your speech and your writing abilities. You don’t just listen – you hear. You don’t just chat, you counsel.

The Must Do’s

You are mature, professional - in outlook, in style and in manner - and you are a solution-seeker, entrepreneurial in spirit.

You have excellent project and time management skills and you are by virtue a detail freak and a model of organization.

You have an iron rod for a spine - you don’t crack under pressure.

Look at what you will be doing on a daily basis:

• meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;

• working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising or event campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;

• presenting, alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account directors - the ideas and budget to the client;

• liaising with, and acti as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;

• negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns and projects

• presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;

• handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;

• writing client reports;

• monitoring the effectiveness of projects;

• undertaking administration tasks;

• arranging and attending meetings;

• ‘pitching’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Knowledge and experience in MS Office.
