We’re looking for an individual who has demonstrated initiative, analytical skills and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get on with it. Flexibility and follow-through is key in our fast-paced environment.
This position requires you to work collaboratively with Sprooki’s Product Management and Engineering Teams to complete product testing and ensure the quality of our solutions before they are launched to market. Your analysis and recommendations will serve as important insights for clients, internal management and product decisions within the team.
Candidate requirements:
- Currently studying or recent graduate at Bachelor level or higher (Technology, Engineering or Business majors preferred but other majors are welcome).
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work relatively autonomously.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- An interest/affinity with mobile applications and online shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to write test case scenarios and ensure quality of products released.
- Product testing:
o Record and document test results versus expected behaviour.
o Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
o Provide recommendations, where applicable, on product improvements.
Duration, hours and remuneration:
- Start date: Immediate.
- Internship duration: minimum 2 months.
- 2/3 days per week
