Company located in Central Singapore with about 10 employees locally and overseas dedicated to the organization of sports events.
Responsibilities:
Coordination/Event Assistance:
• Assist with all coordination for our major event in September (Singapore Swim Stars), including production and follow up with sponsors, partners and agencies liaison
• Marketing and Social Media/Digital related activities (Facebook page, website, updates,Twitter...)
• Event, planning, coordination and execution : Arrange and coordinate with hotel, venue transfers, restaurant, itineraries, Volunteers etc...
• Venue liaison and event set up
• Preparation of necessary event collateral (welcome letters for participants,
general information guide, rooming lists etc..)
• Preparation of post event reports
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Internet researches and prices benchmark
• Coordinate with other team members
Administrative Duties:
• Take notes for all event related meetings and send reportings
• Build documentations and presentations
Skills:
• First relevant experience in Event, PR, Marketing and/or Communication
• Good interest in organising event
• Basic IT skills : Pack office (Excel,Work,Powerpoint), Internet is a must.
• Great communication skills, outgoing, sociable and flexible
• Reliable, great work ethic and committed
Details:
- Fulltime internship
- immediate availability
- commitment: minimum 3 months
- 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
