- You will support our Talents' team, working directly with our professionals in looking for exceptional people to join our fast-growing team. The candidate will support the Company’s growth plan through sourcing, building and maintaining candidates’ pipeline.
- Working with the Talents team to understand Spire’s recruiting initiatives, openings and candidates’ requirements.
- Be highly resourceful in building and maintaining a database of high quality candidates.
- Assess candidate technical skills and organizational fit in addition to analyzing a candidate’s long-term potential.
- Reaching out to candidates.
Requirements- Resourceful including expertise in Internet sourcing techniques such as using search engines, engineering social networks, etc.
- Attention to detail when it comes to maintaining high standards for candidate experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong candidates will possess skills in the following area:- Experience recruiting software engineers
- Impeccable candidate development capabilities in addition to cutting-edge knowledge of recruiting technologies and methods
