Spinn Labs is an integrated marketing agency assisting businesses to leverage on mobile technology to improve their business performance. We are currently looking for interns for the Project Executive role to assist in account management and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and customers are happy. If you are outgoing with lots of energy, possess great communication skills, love to interact with people and have the passion for customer service and management, we would love to know you.
Responsibilities
- Project coordination between customer, sales and operations for timely project completion
- Interface with customers to gather information for Ops team
- Handle customer queries and recommend solutions
- Making cold calls to market our solutions
- Other related job functions when necessary
The candidate must :
- Possess good communication and people skills
- Be Meticulous and have good organization skills
- Preferably proficient in both English & Mandarin
- Resourceful and committed to the job
- Can work independently but also a team player
- Has a passion towards customer service
- Good computer skills (powerpoint, excel, word)
- Currently at least JC1 or Poly 1st year
- Able to start work asap
- 5-day week.
