Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity – Festivals Assistant

Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity will be held in Singapore from 9 to 11 September 2015. The Festival is looking for interns to assist the Festival Managers in the months leading up to the event.

If you have a genuine passion and interest in advertising, creative, media and design, this is a great opportunity to work with the largest and most prestigious advertising communications awards festival in Asia.

Working closely with the Festival Managers, the person will be involved in the following areas:

• Awards entry processing

You will assist in processing volume awards entries we receive via our internal entry system. You will contact our entrants should they fail to upload relevant documents and help them through the entry process.

• Telesales

This role does not involve hard selling, but instead you will be developing and continuing existing relationships with contacts, informing them of new initiatives within the awards and encouraging them to begin the entry process as the deadline approaches. At the same time you will be able to answer questions about the entry process and offer deadline extensions where applicable or necessary.

You will also assist to drive entries and attendance to the festival, answering questions on how to enter and book online.
