- Job Description
Operational planning for events including but not limited to:
o Development of site and course operations maps/plans
o Researching, booking, setup and management of event venues
o Development and management of timelines
o Development and implementation of traffic management plans
o Development and implementation of risk and contingency plans
o Implementations of event operations plans
o Managing delivery process
o Updating of timesheets and timelines as required by event
o Proper and accurate administration/paperwork to ensure an effective and efficient event delivery
o Timely submission of post event report
