Job Description
- Provide IT helpdesk support and resolve problems to the user's satisfaction.
- Able to assist end-users experiencing technical difficulties on their computers/PCs or any related devices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating system, hardware and software.
- Install, test and configure new peripheral equipment and software.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Assist ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Superior / Manager.
