Job Description

About the job:

 

You will assist and support our HR Executive in: 

  • Hiring- (incl. recruitment), relocation- and exit procedures

  • HR database maintenance

  • Liaising with Finance for items such as payroll, new hires, relocation and  leavers

  • General HR Admin duties

  • Validating the local input in HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook, travel & expense policy, and other HR processes and documents

  • Managing a smooth processing of immigration (Visas/Employment Passes/Work Permits)

Coordinating background check for our client
Coordinating on-boarding at client side
  • Contributing in HR Projects

What we expect:

 

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources
  • HR internship or work experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Good communication skills
