Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Research on topics relating to learning and development for the purpose of curriculum development
· Develop supporting training materials such as trainers guide, learners handout, slides, TBTs and assessment plan
· Involved in the planning and coordinating of learning activities such as workshops, OJT, trainings.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent
· Good written and spoken English
· Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
· Able to work independently, meticulous
