Our entity ia a B2B services company with regional HQ based in Singapore looking to develop a Sales Academy program for over 150 sales people in the Region.

Job Description

Supporting learning and development initiatives for the organization, this role will be responsible for providing administration and operational support in the design, development, delivery, communication and management of all Sales Academy programs that focus on building sales capability which will be a mix of e-Learning platform, classroom sessions and weekly On-Job-Training (OJT) with role plays.

The sales program is aimed to be delivered over a period of 18 months for over 150 sales people in the Region. The 1st version of the program is expected to be developed and rolled out by October 2014. Prior experience in the field of Sales & Marketing would be an advantage.

Reporting directly to the Sales Academy Working Group (SAWG), this position also requires that the incumbent be organized & methodical, able to multi-task, have prior experience in interacting with external consultants in building up a robust content for the program with good listening skills that will be able to interact with many different people extracting various input & their support.

The position, base in Singapore, will be part of a cross-functional work team that is integral in supporting sales force in enhancing effectiveness and delivering against theirobjectives. A strong analytical and project management mind set is required in this role.

•   Design & Develop the Sales Academy Programs:

o   Review course content requirements, use of learning technology

o   Review existing program listings and links to maintain accurate program information on the various programs etc.

o   Propose and apply creative solutions to make user experience as well as company work flow through use of available technology.

o   Work with various parties to gather necessary information to build the structure

o   Work with vendors/consultants to develop the contents/technology/format of the desired programs

•   Delivery of the Sales Academy Programs:

o   Design / plan the training schedule

o   Assist the facilitator on certain training sessions if necessary

o   Develop and maintain Sales Academy dashboards to track and communicate impact of learning and development initiatives

•   Communication of the program

o   Development of communication campaign & materials

o   Organize content (i.e. pictures, quotes, videos, blog content etc.) for inclusion into the platform

o   Development of initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

·Students from the field of Business management or Sales & Marketing, or HR may apply

·The applicant must be able to commit to full time working hours of 9am-6pm from Mondays to Fridays

•Some experience of related business experience and knowledge of either Sales & Marketing or Learning & Development practices would be an advantage

•Must be proactive and self-directed with the ability to take ownership of agreed upon objectives and day-to-day deliverables

•Project management and administration skills with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

•Effective at handling multiple priorities and competing deadlines, must be able to work through ambiguity

•Good command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills

•Must have excellent organization and planning skills with high attention to detail to deliver on time and with quality

•Customer service orientation with the ability to build collaborative relationships throughout the organization

•Ability to make decisions to assess situations and act accordingly

•Technological savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, comfortable with using social media and an aptitude to support & enhance web–based applications for  e-Learning  platforms, etc

•Ability to bring a creative, new and different approach to the day-to-day operation

Allowance / Remuneration:    $800 - $2,000 monthly

Start date – Immediate, for a period of 4 to 6 months
