JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for supporting activities linked to a sales training program. It envolves activities related to Sales, Marketing and Human Resources. Among other activities, the intern will support the project manager to assure that all offline and online materials that are part of the training program have consistency in terms of content, language and design. It is also an important part of the job to develop the strcuture of the program in a web based e-learning platform.
REPORTING TO: Human Resources Director or Sales Academy project in-charge.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build the project structure in our Web Based Learning Platform (Ingenium)
o Learn how to use and manage our Web Based Learning Platform (LMS) called Ingenium.
o Be able to upload and maintain the content of the training program using Ingenium.
o Upload tests (knowledge check questions) to Ingenium.
o Enroll users to the different learning paths and support them on technical issues.
o Try all structures, learning objects, tests and reports to make sure they work properly.
o Ensure that each enrolled user has the access to the right learning path and monitor their progress.
o Report inconsistencies found in Ingenium.
Administrative Tasks
o Review presentations and documents looking for English language inconsistencies.
o Review translations and fix inconsistencies.
o Review PowerPoint presentations and fix formatting inconsistencies.
o Adapt PowerPoint presentations to standard official template.
o Print and Organize materials to be used during training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline. Business Management graduate preferable.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and eLearning.
· Organized and detail-oriented able to handle repetitive tasks without losing attention.
· Previous experience in administrative or sales training related tasks is a plus.
