- SoCh (Social Change) in Action is a social enterprise founded in 2010, working towards a gracious
society where every child is engaged in shaping society for a better tomorrow.
We work closely with schools, social sector and educators in designing and implementing innovative
programmes based on Social Innovation and HumanCentred Design. SoCh has guided over 447 project
implementation from over 100 schools in Singapore to empower 6000+ children with the spirit of 'I
CAN'. We also organize and run the annual Be the Change Exposition Singapore's largest showcase of social initiatives by children. Through its service and character development programmes, SoCh works to inspire children to think, voice and act so they embrace the challenges in society and work towards a better world for all.

- Responsibilities
S/He will be involved in supporting various functions of a social enterprise including research, planning
& implementation of all programmes, event coordination, business development, marketing and general
administration. An excellent way to get handson operational experience in the social sector as well as on
different elements of entrepreneurship.
● Support the trainers to develop school programmes & training materials
● Liaise with social sector organisations for workshops and site visits
● Assisting trainers in facilitating workshops (to obtain knowledge about the programme content
and get exposure to training/ facilitation techniques)
● Manage school database management and ensure regular contact details are updated
● Support the team in planning, operational and administrative mattersRequirements
● Students with interest in Social Enterprise & Management
● Prior experience in Project Management/ Internships etc
● Special interest in education and community engagement
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and creative approach
● Multitasking is an inherent trait that is a prerequisite!Working Conditions
● 5 working days
● 9am to 5pm
● Minimally 3 months
● Office Location: Midview City, Bishan
