Job Description

1) Attend to customers' enquiries and requests via phone call/email 

2) Coordinate with Operations Manager and Sales Manager on customer leads. 

3) Perform validity screening of leads received through website

4) Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day office operations 

* Candidate must be comfortable working in a Japanese culture environment
