Job Description
Sleep Asia was conceived with the objective of providing continuing training courses and consulting to hospitals, doctors, Sleep Labs, and investors in Sleep Disorders. Sleep Asia is a licensed consulting and training facility based in Singapore with a primary focus on elevating the level and availability of learning tools and skills of doctors and healthcare providers focused on treating Sleep Disorders. Sleep Asia is owned and operated by well-known credentialed professionals with over 30 years of combined experience in this field. Our staff are familiar with the latest software and hardware technologies on the market.
As a small enterprise, the marketing Intern will have ample opportunity to multi-task and work on projects and responsibilities in a very entrepreneurial fashion. The experiences and tasks will be varied, which makes this internship very comprehensive and educational(in other words, not getting bored with a single narrow task that many MNCs will often have Interns do). ======= Job Scope =======
The person will be working with the Business Director and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:
• Marketing planning
• Maintenance of CRM / customer database system
• Maintenance and update of customer newsletter
• Helping to devise marketing strategies via Social Media
• Sales enquiries
• Brainstorming on new business opportunities to explore
• Business proposals
• Involvement in road shows, training and conferences

Students from the field of Business and Mass Communications may apply, as well as graphic arts, IT
We are looking for an independent individual who can think outside of the box. Individual with the following qualities would be good:
• Pleasant personality willing to work on multiple tasks
• Diligent in completing short and medium-term assignments
• Highly adept in MS office / excel, PPT
• Highly familiar with Social media, photo-sharing and video-sharing (i.e.--YouTube)for marketing purposes
• Self-motivated individual with INITIATIVE who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
