· Lead Generation
o Source for leads
o Build leads database
o Call prospective merchants
· Sales Planning and Execution
o Work with the Business Development team to strategise on merchant acquisition
o Assist in pipeline planning and execution
o Actively participate in Client Pitches
· Sales Administration
o Assist in Salesforce administration
o Assist in updating contracts and sales documentation
o Develop Sales Playbook and Matrices

2. Client Success Management
· Marketing Deployment
o Co-ordination of marketing collaterals deployment to merchant’s
· Invoicing and Billing Matters
o Generate invoices for coupons and subscribing merchants weekly
o Payment collection from merchants
o Issuing payment to merchants
o Tracking invoices and ensuring invoices are properly documented
· Marketing Campaign
o Assisting in ad-hoc marketing campaigns (e.g. Instavideo, Instaprint)
· Admin Duties
o Updating statistics on Salesforce for Coupons
o Ensuring fields on Salesforce are completed
o Helping with SOP handbook/playbook
