- Onsite & email marketing – Involved in conceptualizing, executing and reporting on both onsite and CRM email programmes.
- Web analytics and customer behaviour – Review campaign metrics and performance. Provide customer behaviour insights and leverage on these to increase targeting. Keep abreast of trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
- Strong command of English
- Highly meticulous and good project management skills
- Analytical ability – comfortable with managing data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HTML will be a bonus
