Administrative Intern
Your role includes:
You will gain:
• Improved communication skills and build relationships with different stakeholders
• Gain experience with various administrative and operation practices, plans and strategies
• Receive valuable feedback on your working style and performance which would help improve and enhance your skills and attributes
• Hands-on experience on various aspects of administration and gain and insight into running conferences and exhibitions
• Testimonial on your performance
You are a good fit if you:
• are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• are organized, meticulous and detail-oriented
• work well in a team environment
• a Singaporean or a Permanent Resident

•	Providing administrative & secretarial support to higher management personnel
• Maintaining highly professional demeanour and ensure the security of confidential information.
• Coordination of appointments and meetings and taking minutes.
• Performing other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of work.
• Participating actively in the planning and execution of events and conferences
