The Singapore National Co-operative Federation Ltd (SNCF) is the apex chamber of Singapore’s Co-operative Movement, and secretariat of the Central Co-operative Fund (CCF). Formed in 1980 with the aim of developing Singapore’s Co-operative Movement, the apex body represents about 70 co-operative enterprises and a base of more than 1 million members.

SNCF aims to promote and develop co-operatives as sustainable enterprises that address social and economic needs through co-operative principles of self and mutual help, so as to foster a more resilient society. SNCF is an affiliate of the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) and the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU). It enjoys co-operative relationship with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and other international and regional bodies.

Job Role:

- Assist in the recruitment and selection of scholars, interviews, documentation, collation of data, etc.

- Work with project management team and ensure project timelines are adhered

- Prepare info. kits, goodie bags, etc. for events

- Assist to increase the take-up rate of Youth Programmes

- Assist with marketing of Youth Programmes to Education Institution and gathering data on contact persons of Institution

- Attend meetings and take minutes/notes when necessary

Pre-requisite of student:

•Must be a Singapore Citizen or with Permanent Resident status

•Passionate to work in a not-for-profit organisation

•Good interpersonal skill and communication in English (oral and written)

•Meticulous, able to multi-task and focus

•Adaptable and keen to learn new things

Note: Allowance will be based on academic qualification/work exp.
