Job Description
Singapore Machinery Company (SMC) is looking for a Regional Marketing Assistant to join our team. Here's our following criteria:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute campaigns for international markets through e-newsletters, search engines, website, social media and offline media
  • Research and create reports on the latest trends and events in the market
  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities
  • Assist in production for video (no experience required), branding and marketing
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers from around the world
  • Able to do telemarketing and sales
  • Able to multi-task when required
  • Able to travel as and when required
  • Keen eye for details and loves to learn new things

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good understanding in digital marketing, SEO and social media
  • Good presentation and confidence in liaising with clients and suppliers from around the world
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to read and write excellent English and Mandarin
  • Able to read and write Spanish (preferably Latin American Spanish) is an advantage though not essential
  • Hardworking, committed, hungry to learn
  • Takes initiative to provide ideas and solutions with a risk-taking attitude
  • Can work independently and in a team
  • Some knowlege in the garment manufacturing industry is an advantage though not essential
  • Singaporeans only
  • Internship can be converted to full-time depending on work performance
