Job Description
The Web & Graphic Design Intern will support SKM’s marketing team by designing and developing materials for national programmes. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure the materials are appropriate for the target audience.
You will be required to:
- Design publicity materials such as posters, brochures, flyers and other collaterals for marketing and partnerships events
- Design, develop and manage content for SKM websites and e-Newsletters
- Update and maintain existing sites and web assets
- Assist in web and social media content creation such as videos, games, etc
- Provide visual perspective on SKM campaigns and creatives
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Field of study in Graphic Design, Interactive Media OR Visual Communications
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of HTML & video editing would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Confident in verbal, written and graphical communication and presentation skills
- A personal interest in and disposition to kindness
- Able to intern in the period November 2016 - Mar 2017 (the full 5 months if possible)
