Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and maintain full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset
  • Process billings, collection and payments
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and financial
  • statement
  • Handle monthly claims to the relevant Government agencies
  • Prepare and manage GST and withholding tax submission
  • Support operations on financial matter and events as and when required
  • Assist in system implementation
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax agents
  • Involve in ad hoc projects
Qualifications
  • ACCA/Diploma in Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 year relevant experience with good knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Meticulous, diligent, self starter, possess positive attitude, able to multi-task and
  • team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in QuickBooks Accounting System and/or other accounting systems
