Incorporated on 9 September 2009 and listed on the Singapore Exchange Catalist on July 2010, Singapore eDevelopment Limited (“SED” or the“Group”), formerly known as CCM Group Limited, is executing twin engines of growth in construction and international property development, as well as information technology and communication (“ICT”).
SED is currently pursuing property development projects overseas, primarily in the United States and Western Australia, where the real estate market has optimistic prospects for capital appreciation and high yields. Such property development activities will complement SED’s construction activities led by its subsidiary, Singapore Construction Pte Ltd, which is pursuing residential and commercial construction projects in Singapore.

Project Management Intern (2 positions)

Objective/Scope:
1. Assist in management and coordination of assigned projects including marketing plans and campaigns
2. Assist in scheduling, estimating, budgeting within project scope
3. Collects data and performs analysis to assist in preparing project progress reports
Requirements:
1. Ability to keep on top of several projects running in parallel.2. Self-Starter - initiates contact with others, ask questions, builds a plan with a general direction given.

4. Ability to manage through conflict, complexity and to problem-solve issues to resolution
5. Proficient in Microsoft office
