Job Description: SAESL commenced operations in 2001 as a Trent Centre of Excellence and specialises in the repair and overhaul of the successful family of Rolls-Royce Trent aero engines.

We are looking for interns from local tertiary institutions. Preferred internship period is at least 3 months. Allowance paid is between $500-600 depending on educational level.

Human Resource Management

Recruitment

- Arrange for interviews

- Data entry of candidate details

- Prepare orientation kit for new employees

Com & Ben

- Assist in managing overtime records of various internal departments

- Assist in managing flexi-benefits scheme

- Assist in performance appraisal exercise

Projects

- Research on new initiative proposal
