Job Description
Simitri Group International is a training, coaching and consulting company which brings together business professionals with the latest courseware, tools and techniques to deliver high quality training, coaching and consulting, helping our clients achieve better business outcomes.
Tasks:
• Support Partners in building client business through attending
relevant client meetings (provide Client Contact Reports), and ensure follow up of agreed action items. Build additional client contacts within the client organisations, e.g., Executive PA's, HR and L&D support roles.
• Work with Client, Partner, Consultants, and others as needed to derive additional workshop opportunities for the company from within the client.
• Manage schedule of Client to support achieving booking days and any issues around participants, change of dates
• Preparation / Organization of CO confirmation
• Name list and circulate pre- workshop introduction e-mail and pre-work if required for the workshop
• Transportation and travel arrangements of deliverer, within Simitri and/or Client policy
• Workshop co-ordination with Client representative
a. Booking of venue if required,
b. Ensuring that the room is set up for the workshop
c. Provide Simitri facilitator with details of client training venue/time/any special instructions (eg client participant attendance sheet, etc)
• From workshop completion, collect the workshop Particiipation evaluation report, complete data input, and report generation, sending to client, deliverer, relevant partner and sales person
• Compete excel sheet for invoicing requirements
• Follow up on sales opportunities generated from evaluation sheets
• Ensuring client specific requirements are met, eg specific attendance sheets, specific attendance forms etc.
• Distribution of finished Dvd’s
• Marketing interface to client exercises/activities, eg teambuilding
• Maintain client Data base for e-mail, newsletter etc
• Work with Operations team to ensure/support seamless client workshop delivery, may involve one off production assistance.
