Company Profile: Silversea, is a procurement and kitting supply chain management service provider for electronics components.

We are currently looking for qualified, driven individuals to join our team for the following position:
Job Description: Outbound Sales & Marketing Call Agent

Responsibilities:

- to generate new sales lead through phone call in daily basic
- to conduct the follow up actions when necessary
- to create and maintain customers data-based
- to prepare management reports and ad hoc reports as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

'A' Levels or Polytechnic graduate or Certificate/Diploma in Electronic and Electrical studies
Fresh graduates will be considered; one or more years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing strongly preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English as well as conversant in Mandarin (to liaise with clients)
Possess a positive, friendly personality; willingness to learn and be a team player
Be computer literate
Applicants with proven record of customer service and communication skills strongly preferred
