- Assist Direct Sales Department on IT projects/enhancements, such as improving passengers online experience or proposals for partnerships

- Conduct UAT Testing and ensuring projects are on schedule

- Maintain content on Company Website

- Work with other departments to address reported issues

- Any other ad-hoc assignments as required
