- Consolidating customers’ orders and liaise with sourcing team
- Handling customers’ product enquiry and after-sale service
- Updating order status and inventory list
- Receiving and checking inbound inventory against delivery list
- Conducting product quality check (QC) and confirmation before dispatch
- Coordinate and liaise with third party logistic (3PL)
- Maintaining proper inventory storage including periodic stock counts
- Performing warehouse duties including order picking and packing, filing and completing order and shipping documents
Your profile
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Inventory/warehouse knowledge
- An eye for detail and quality
- Ownership and accountability in tasks assigned
- Pleasant and positive personality
- Team player
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a Must
