Job Description
As our Online Forums Manager, you bridge the gap between ShopBack and online communities. You spread the love by informing community users of the best deals available. By gathering problems that users face and informing the team, you are instrumental in mending soured relations and improving customer satisfaction. If you are a social butterfly who loves to shop online, we want you!
Job Requirements:
  • Familiar with local forums administration and categories, e.g. hardwarezone, vr-zone
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Patient and courteous
  • Active listener and empathetic, yet objective, business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time.
  • A strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Some customer service, PR, sales and/or business operations background may help.
