Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  1. Recruitment

    • Assisting in hiring

    • Making use of the different HR channels

    • Assisting in various marketing channels

    • Setting up your own HR processes and systems!

  2. Employee Engagement and Productivity

    • Optimize current processes to improve productivity

    • Design, conceptualise and execute systems for employee engagement

At ShopBack, we want interns who have a thirst for learning and a desire to gain real exposure. Even as an intern, we don't just want to put you through monotonous admin work. We want to provide you with real skills and the valuable experience of working in the next wave of E-Commerce firms. Each intern will be working and learning from a mentor from our core team who will guide you in the necessary skills for the job.

Requirements
