Job Description
Have you ever wanted to drive growth using social engagement? Wait no more, this is your chance! We are well aware that social media will be the key platform… If you are looking for an internship in marketing / communications (or similar fields), look no more! A warm and caring work culture does sounds like a plus, doesn’t it?
You will be tasked with driving traffic growth for a channel that accounts for half of our inbound customer traffic and devise interesting solutions to retain and convert these customers. Sounds a mouthful, but basically, you use social media to do awesome things and bring in the customers. You will also engage customers through social media on a daily basis, being both proactive and reactive. This should be what you do best!

You are undoubtedly passionate and in-tune with everything on the Internet. Your smartphone probably has more notifications from Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook than WhatsApp messages. We’re pretty sure you’ll be a good fit if the following sounds like you:

- Has the passion and predisposition for social media and blogs and everything online
- Well-read with local and regional happenings, especially those on the Internet
- Understands social media and/or blogging and all its workings inside-out
- Customer-empathetic and in-tune with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce
- Knowledge on usage of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator would be a plus
- Would be even better if you are well-accustomed with the Malaysian online scene / can speak and/or write in Bahasa Melayu (you can assist our HQ-based Malaysia team when we expand)
