ShopBack.com – eCommerce / Tech Startup Management Intern

As part of the company’s Core Business Team, you will report directly to the Director of Business Development and be tasked with the following:

• Analytics/BI: Analyzing and presenting current data and derive meaningful insights that translate into actionables.
• Strategic Partnerships: Assist the team in due diligence and brokering of new deals. To increase your learning curve, you may be given a few accounts to handle.
• Group Operations: Support the Group Operations Team in building and maintaining certain non-technical infrastructure necessary for the team to function.
• Offline Marketing: Source for leads and marketing platforms, analyze their effectiveness objectively, and follow through the ones that you will get to deliberate on.

You should be hardworking, adaptable to change, and eager to learn. You should also resonate with the following traits:

• Job-based: You are a very logical, analytical, process-oriented, and meticulous person. You should also be adequately comfortable with numbers.
• Required skills: Proficient in MS Excel and its basic functions; able to process data with it and make reasonable visualizations.
• Soft skills: Well-spoken, confident, and able to communicate both verbally and in writing. No specific academic/professional background is required so long you are a fast learner.
• Internship period: Able to commit at least 3 months (full-time) for an internship.
