Job Description

Reports to the Marketing Manager and assist her with all design and marketing communication duties.

The Scope

·         Must play an active role in providing creative ideas, design and prepare advertising templates, in-store marketing collaterals, posters, brochures, promotional materials.

·         Source for vendors, obtain quotations and actively follow through all liaisons from end to end.

·         Oversee and maintain a library of imagery and all Marketing materials.

·         Assist with photo shoots, menu planning and event coordination.

·         Manage website development projects and updates.

·         Manage membership, event and dining reservation enquiries.

·         Coordinate with external parties for partnership collaboration and follow-up.

·         Maintain face book accounts and websites of the brands under the F&B group.

·         Proofread all marketing material.

·         Assist in administrative duties such as processing emails, answering phone calls, data entry and filing.

·         Always ready to take on ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

·         Ability to start work in a short notice will be an added advantage.

·         Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to work on designs with Chinese text).

·         Highly motivated, resourceful and a good team worker.

·         Ability to balance priorities in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.

·         Meticulous, possesses strong accountability and excellent follow-up skill.

·         Diploma and above in Graphic Design or equivalent from an accredited art/design school.

·         Basic application of Microsoft Office programs – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

·         Proficient in Adobe Photoshop CS5 and InDesign CS5 and above and basic application of Illustrator CS5 and above. Basic application of HTML 5 and above is a plus.

·         Submit your graphic design portfolio not exceeding 4MB.

·         Basic knowledge of the Japanese language is a plus.

·         Office is located at Robinson Road (near 3 mrt stations: Telok Ayer, Raffles and Tanjong Pagar mrt stations).

·         Min. 5 years of relevant graphic design experience for Senior Graphic Designer.

·         5 days work week from 9am to 6.30pm.

·         Only Singaporeans need to apply.

6-month renewable contract with opportunity to convert to a permanent position, depending on performance.
