Job Description

Job brief

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is willing to be very hands-on to learn how does the F&B business run and understand the important role for F&B Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be assisting the Operations Manager on the food and beverage/culinary daily operations.

Responsibilities

a)      To assist the Operations Manager:

-          on the day-to-day operations and service issues

-          recruitment process

-          daily manpower planning

-          weekly work schedule

-          identify and rectify operational, financial and employee issues

-          Train and guide part-timer in their job duties

-          Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products.

b)      To ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards. 

c)      To response quickly to customer complaints to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.

d)     To supervise daily F&B operations and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.

e)      Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

a)       a)      Diploma in F&B Operation, or related field

b)      Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant  management software, POS)

c)      c)      Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently 

d)     Good communication and interpersonal skills

e)      e)   Guest oriented and service minded

f)      Organised and meticulous

g)     Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines
