First 1-2 months:
Working at hotel restaurants and ensure Guest Service Standard, Operation Standard of F&B comply with company policies.
Being in line with the operating concept of the F&B department
Ensures that the kitchen and restaurant are prepared for service
Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of F&B staffs
Assist with inventory check of operating equipment
Handle guest complaints and follows up with assistance of Sheraton Management
After first 1-2 months:
Provide recommendation to the F&B team regarding future plans and changes
Plans training programs for the F&B staffs
Inspects the physical condition of furniture and decorations
Liaises and coordinate for maintenance problems and cleaning schedules
Train the F&B staff and instruct on best methods to provide superior service
Provide good morale in the section
Ensure the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift
Prepare daily cover count and revenue report for the F&B and in case of any function as group, banquet, wedding, catering and convention
In collaboration with the management team, conducting month-end inventory of beverage supplies, operating supplies, food supplies, and operating equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by F&B Manager
