Research
Monitor and analyse social media campaigns
Collaborate with Customer Relations department to ensure timely, constructive response and action taken on all customer complaints
Marketing
Product listing
Photo-taking
Assisting Executive or Superior with any other task assigned
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Customer service oriented, possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to start immediately or within short notice
Singaporean and SPRs preferred
