Job Description: Job Purpose

Identifying the needs of customers and collect feedbacks for further improvement on customer service
Providing support which ensure smooth operations of the department
Duties and Responsibilities

Adhered to all SOPs and achieve desired KPIs
To provide an excellent and satisfactory customer service
Handle in-coming phone calls, managing email responses and enquiry via social media
Answer to consumer dispute and feedback
Liaise with Merchant on consumer dispute and feedback within stipulated deadline
Need to communicate issues to Executive and or Superior for further assistance when needed
Assisting Executive or Superior with any other task assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
Customer service oriented, possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to start immediately or within short notice
